Credit Information & Authority
By working with us, you authorise Dwello Mortgages and our aggregator Australian Finance Group Ltd (AFG) to:
Access your credit reports and credit eligibility information from a credit reporting body, use that information to recommend suitable products and provide credit assistance, share key finance application details with relevant professionals (e.g. real estate agents, solicitors), confirm whether your loan has been approved and on what terms.
This includes details such as your repayment history, credit limits, defaults, hardship arrangements, or any other credit-related matters.
Receiving information electronically
We will send key documents - like your Credit Proposal or loan summaries - digitally via email or secure portals. You agree to receive information this way and accept responsibility for checking those messages. You can request paper copies or withdraw your consent at any time.
Video and Audio Recordings
If we meet via Zoom, phone, or another platform, you agree we may collect and record relevant information (e.g., financial or identity info) to support your loan application. These recordings may be securely shared with lenders, insurers, or compliance bodies if required.
